Ocean Rising wanted a site that conveyed their love of diving and worked well for their customers. These guys love what they do and I loved making their site. If I'm ever living in California again, I hope they can teach me the ways of SCUBA.
Note: The Ocean Risings guys have taken some time off to travel around the world diving. They've put their business and site on hold while they travel.
